Song: Prodigy - Diesel Power (Dirtchamber remix)

Some basic stand-up grappling shit. I decided to do this after working on the How to spot a Trained Fighter thing.

- The single leg variation with your head on the opponent's midsection is nicknamed by Quinton "Rampage" Jackson as "The Lewinsky"

- Much of these moves are a little exaggerated for flashy effect but also to make it easier to see what is happening.

- A couple of pro wrestling moves shown here may be a little iffy in terms of effectiveness, but regardless, are quite dangerous if you're slamming some asshole into something like say...concrete.

- Now I'm not a fan of pro wrestling, but I will say this: Pro Wrestling may be staged for your entertainment, but it is not "fake." Those guys are physically trained to take all those slams and they'd better not fuck up. The real challenge they face is NOT injuring each other, and that takes skill.

Quite impressive collection, and easy to interpret unlike some other tutorials I've seen. I really like the Judo/Aikido moves :D

Are you certain it's a good idea to give out dangerous martial arts techniques over the internet, without any way of moderating how a viewer will use that information?
I'm just saying because I've witnessed what happens when someone attempts a technique they're not ready for. Basically, an inexperienced instructor thought that a young lady was ready to start using the Escrima, and the next thing we knew, she had blown a guys kneecap right out of his leg (accidentally, of course).

In regard to "shooting," you need to apply lift, especially in a single leg takedown. You're not just driving forward, but also up, and I don't think the 3 step drawing for each variation really emphasized that.

Just a little nit pick from someone whose only done wrestling at a hobby level. I'm sure there are far more knowledgeable people that could comment.

Oh. Interesting.

That sounds like it'd be too subtle a difference if I were to change it, though. Unless you got any ideas on how to draw the steps differently.

Other than changing the movement arrows, no. I might have more ideas after this week. Still finishing up some finals, and apartment hunting.
