Hah, ok seriously. All the shaking stuff are movie clip symbols, which enable them to loop and also become blurry. You also have to put the "stop" actionscript. Movie clip symbols can continue looping when the animation is stopped. Symbols themselves have their own layers, which was how I could shade and put jelly on the girls.
This whole thing is 3 frames: the loading screen, the music starting, and the looping animation. That's to make sure the music doesn't loop over itself, creating horrible noise. I edited the music in another program to specifically loop this part, and then set the song to "event" and "loop"
