Proof of Being: Just look at the bastardMax is constantly angry, or at least appears to be angry all the time. For that reason, he is always yelling and cursing at people, even for little things like asking to pass the salt.
Little things make him angry. If there's nothing to make him angry, he will find something to be angry about, which in itself can make him angry.
He's not sadistic or homocidal, but he'll likely fuck you up. His behavior is not of someone in a mental hospital, but more like a prison inmate. Also, he's a raging alcoholic.
Max is angry.
